Add an aliquot to an order

ADD AN ALIQUOT TO AN ORDER

Prerequisite

Have an order line under your order. (To create one, reach your order and click on “add order line”.)

There are 3 ways to add aliquots to an order line.

A. Via a batch set/browsing (1 or more aliquots at once)

1. Create a batch set/browsing node containing the aliquots you wish to add to your order.
2. Select the aliquots you wish to add to the order line.
3. In the action menu, select “Batch actions”, “Add to Order”.
4. Submit.
5. Select the order line under which to add the aliquots. You may fill the other fields as well.
6. Submit

B. Via the order line to add aliquots to (1 aliquot at once)

1. Reach your order line.
2. Click on “Add item”.
3. Input the barcode of the aliquot to add. You may fill the other fields as well.
4. Submit.

C. Via the aliquot to add (1 aliquot at once)

1. Reach the aliquot you want to add to an order line.
2. Click “Add to order”.
3. Select the order line under which to add the aliquots. You may fill the other fields as well.
4. Submit.
